Thankyou frjimmy for your brilliant post, I have come to realise we are sometimes so busy trying to clean up on the outside, that we overlook the inside. I know if I can clean up the inside, the outside will take care of itself!And we don't have to travel miles to do it, there are plenty of opportunities waiting for us right here and now. Yes Mumzie i can imagine but you see there are some things in live that are very difficult to clean or throw away, but with perseverance and determination they will go. Just keep tying.

Thanks for the answers you are quite right, but when something frustrates us and cause us to be angry we should be able to control that anger in order not to sin because like you said there are no benefits only regrets.

Anger i think is frustration about some thing.
We cant help some times getting angry.

Thank you Father Jimmy, I have had the most awful year, and got to the point where I thought so much has happened that it "woke me up" and I found myself thinking is God trying to tell me something? I subsequently started looking into the spiritual side of me and have found a whole new way of life, but still the problems keep happening, so kept wondering what is God trying to tell me, I have taken advice from your page and have found it to be of great help, maybe I was lead to you by God. Thank you.

A motto to live by every day is a wise move.

'Do unto others as I would have them do unto me.' seems to work out fine here.

The guy you met was very smart as he made the remembering of his wonderful motto very easy with the four key words - 'Drink, Steal, Swear, and Lie.'
